El último de los tres programas colosales de la música de fin de año, hizo una exitosa presentación el 31 de diciembre en el MBC Dream Center in Gyeonggi-do.
El evento contó con una impresionante lista de estrellas, que incluía nunca antes visto actuaciones y las especiales de colaboración. Festival de música también contaba con un formidable trío de MCs - actor Ryu Si Won y Yuri de SNSD y Tiffany se unieron como "Hallyu MCs.
